These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and 9bgame (hereinafter referred to as "9bgame", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the platform accessible at 9bgame.cam.
By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the 9bgame platform — including its sports betting, live casino, slots, instant games and any other gaming products — you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.
These Terms apply to all users of the 9bgame platform, including users accessing the platform from Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

3.1 To be eligible to register an account with 9bgame, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
3.2 9bgame reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension or closure.
3.3 Minors (individuals below the age of 18, or the applicable higher minimum age) are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform. 9bgame employs age-verification procedures and will close any account found to belong to a minor, forfeiting any balance in that account as required by applicable regulation.
4.1 Each User is permitted to hold only one registered account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — including accounts held in the names of family members residing at the same address for the purpose of circumventing bonus restrictions — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party.
4.3 You must notify 9bgame support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 9bgame will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the User failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
4.4 Account registration does not automatically confer eligibility for any particular bonus or promotion. Promotional eligibility is governed by the specific terms applicable to each offer at the time of its publication.
5.1 The Platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. You agree to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
5.2 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:
5.3 9bgame reserves the right to void bets, cancel bonuses and suspend or close accounts where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed, without prior notice and without liability to the User.
5.4 The Platform and all associated content are intended for users aged 18 and over. This restriction applies regardless of the legal gambling age in the User's home jurisdiction if the operator's licensing jurisdiction sets a higher minimum.
6.1 Users may fund their accounts using the payment methods listed in the Platform's live cashier at the time of deposit. Available methods may include bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, as well as mobile wallet options such as Easypaisa and JazzCash and instant payment rails such as Raast. These references are provided for general familiarity with the Pakistan market only; 9bgame makes no representation that any specific payment provider endorses or supports gambling transactions.
6.2 All deposits must originate from a payment account registered exclusively in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party source may be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
6.3 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. 9bgame reserves the right to amend deposit limits at its discretion.
6.4 9bgame does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. Users are responsible for understanding and accepting any fees imposed by their payment provider.
6.5 Deposits are credited to your account balance in PKR or the account's designated currency, subject to any applicable conversion at the prevailing rate at the time of processing. Exchange rate fluctuations are not the responsibility of 9bgame.
Note: Payment method availability may change without notice. Always verify which methods are currently active in the live cashier before initiating a deposit. Do not assume that a method available at a prior date remains available.
7.1 Users may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause and any applicable bonus terms.
7.2 Before a withdrawal request is processed, the User must have:

7.4 Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier. 9bgame reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds, as required by AML compliance procedures.
7.5 9bgame reserves the right to perform enhanced due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily delay processing. Such checks are carried out in good faith and in accordance with our AML obligations.
8.1 All bonuses and promotional offers available on the Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
8.2 Wagering requirements must be satisfied before Bonus Funds or any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. As an illustrative example only: a bonus of PKR 5,000 subject to a 30x wagering requirement would require total wagers of PKR 1,50,000 before withdrawal is permitted. Actual requirements are displayed on each offer's dedicated terms page.
8.3 During an active bonus, the maximum permitted bet per round, spin or wager is specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Exceeding this limit constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of the entire Bonus Fund and any associated winnings, without refund.
8.4 Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates are published on the relevant promotion's page. Bets placed on excluded games during a bonus period do not contribute to wagering requirements and may trigger a breach of bonus conditions.
8.5 Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity window (commonly between 7 and 30 days from the date of credit). Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are automatically forfeited.
8.6 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, coordinated wagering to reduce risk, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers — will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all bonus balances and may result in permanent account closure.
8.7 9bgame reserves the right to withdraw, amend or discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn before a User has claimed it, no entitlement to that promotion arises.
9.1 All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific game or event rules applicable at the time of placement. These rules govern settlement, voiding and cancellation of bets.
9.2 9bgame reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a technical error, incorrectly displayed odds, pricing feed malfunction or data error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the User's account balance. No further compensation is owed.
9.3 Bets on sporting events — including Pakistan cricket fixtures, PSL matches, ICC tournaments, football and UFC events — are settled in accordance with official results as recognised by the relevant governing body. Results declared after normal time, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method rulings and other sport-specific settlement rules apply as published.
9.4 In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice due to game conditions, data feed disruptions or operator decision. Bets accepted before market suspension are valid unless voided in accordance with Clause 9.2.
9.5 Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live-dealer procedures, as applicable. RTP percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual session.
10.1 9bgame is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Users. The Platform provides the following tools, which Users are strongly encouraged to use:
10.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. Once a self-exclusion is active, the User will not receive promotional communications and marketing messages from 9bgame for the duration of the exclusion period.
10.3 9bgame may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, restrict, suspend or close an account where there are reasonable grounds to believe a User is exhibiting signs of problem gambling, regardless of whether the User has activated any voluntary limit.

11.1 All content on the 9bgame Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, user-interface elements and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 9bgame or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
11.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No rights are granted to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of 9bgame.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to the User. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by 9bgame.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9bgame, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform.
12.2 9bgame does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
12.3 In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, 9bgame's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12.4 9bgame shall not be liable for any losses arising from force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, network failures, cyberattacks or any other cause beyond its reasonable control.
Gambling Disclaimer: All gambling activity involves financial risk. You may lose some or all funds deposited. 9bgame does not guarantee any winnings or outcomes. Never gamble more than you can afford to lose.
13.1 9bgame reserves the right to suspend or close any user account, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
13.2 Upon termination, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account shall be returned to the User by the method used for the most recent deposit, subject to completion of KYC verification and confirmation that no outstanding policy investigation applies. Bonus Funds are forfeited on account closure.
13.3 Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 9bgame support. Requests will be processed within a reasonable period. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned as described in Clause 13.2.
14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. The applicable governing law is that of the jurisdiction in which 9bgame holds its operating license, as disclosed in the operator's official licensing documentation.
14.2 Nothing in this clause limits or excludes any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence to the extent those rights cannot be contractually waived.
14.3 9bgame does not accept Pakistan as a governing jurisdiction, nor does it claim to be regulated or licensed by any Pakistani government authority. Users in Pakistan access the Platform under applicable international terms only.
15.1 9bgame reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via the Platform, by email to registered Users, or by posting a notice on the homepage.
15.2 Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 13.3.
15.3 The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
